About
I started specialising in travel to Africa in 1991, little did I know that before me lay a career spanning over 30 years of working with this incredible continent and its wonderful people. I have been fortunate to visit many times and have a huge wealth of knowledge and experience of all the destinations we feature.
It is difficult to pick out the highlights, each trip has so many unforgettable moments, but the most special include a family holiday to Zimbabwe; the views whilst hiking up Table Mountain, a camping trip in Botswana and the sunsets in Namibia.
After twenty years working in the reservations department, I became General Manager of African Pride in 2010 and completed a successful management buy-out seven years later and then sale to First Class Holidays in 2024. I feel privileged to be part of such a fantastic team whose passion and commitment make the company the success it is today.
