Overview
Malansrus Tented Camp is located in Damaraland, along a side arm of the Aba Huab River, offering breathtaking views into the Aba Huab Valley, while being just a short distance from the main attractions of the Twyfelfontein area.
Rooms
The camp’s nine tents are located well apart to ensure privacy but are still within comfortable walking access to the main facilities of the camp. All tents are en-suite with a shower, washbasin and separate flush toilet, and freestanding fans to keep the room cool as needed.
Facilities
The main area consists of a large modern tent with a lounge and small bar area, a shared dining area leads out to an outside shaded patio: eat inside, or al-fresco. There is an outdoor pool, and a fire pit just in front of the main tent – the perfect place from which to enjoy the night skies. A nearby waterhole means that there is a good chance of seeing plains game and a variety of birds.
