Overview
Shipwreck Lodge is situated on the world-renowned historic and dramatic Skeleton Coast, in the far north-west of Namibia, a short distance from the Atlantic Ocean. The lodge offers comfort and hospitality to guests as they explore the coastline and all its mysteries.
Rooms
The camp’s 10 uniquely designed rooms have been built to resemble the shipwrecks for which the coast is renowned. All rooms are solar-powered and en-suite, with an indoor shower, a tea and coffee station, writing desk, a wood-burning stove, and a deck. Two rooms can accommodate extra beds for families – children of all ages are welcome.
Facilities
The innovative design continues at the camp’s main areas, where there’s a lounge and dining area with a wide deck and uninterrupted views all the way to the Atlantic Ocean.
From the camp, you can visit the seal colony at Mowe Bay, enjoy a sundowner on a dune, head out for 4x4 nature drives or have a picnic lunch on the beach. Wi-Fi is available in the camp and the rooms.

Shipwreck Lodge is situated on the southern bank of the Huarusib River Mouth, in the Skeleton Coast Central Concession.
