Overview

Hog Hollow Country Lodge is set in a private nature reserve surrounded by indigenous forest with views of the valleys and Tsitsikamma Mountains. Plettenberg Bay and the beaches are a short drive away.
 

Rooms
 

There are 16 African-styled rooms, all en-suite with separate bath and shower, tea and coffee facilities, air-conditioning, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

The 13 suites are all situated in the lush gardens surrounding the lodge. They have a lounge area and a private wooden deck, cosy fireplace and mini-bar.

The three Loft Suites are double-storey, with double or twin beds and can accommodate families, with parents sleeping upstairs in the master bedroom (with en-suite bathroom), and children on a comfortable sleeper couch downstairs.

Facilities

At the heart of the hotel is the main lodge area where meals are taken and guests can relax in the lounge bar or on the al fresco deck and soak up the views. Set below the main lodge there is a pool and a sauna. Signed trails lead through the reserve to the nearby attractions such as Monkeyland Primate Sanctuary, Birds of Eden and the Elephant Sanctuary.
