Overview

The Plettenberg hotel offers five-star luxury set on a rocky headland in Plettenberg Bay. Overlooking two scenic beaches, the ocean and mountain views are quite simply breathtaking.

Rooms

The hotel has 35 rooms and suites spread over two buildings, and two villas. All are luxuriously decorated in creams and pastel blues, with en-suite bathrooms, tea and coffee facilities, air-conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi. 

The Double Rooms are individually decorated and offer a spacious bedroom, while the Luxury Double Rooms have an additional separate sitting area. Luxury Double Sea View rooms overlook Plettenberg Bay while the Suites and Premier Suites are more spacious with uninterrupted ocean views. The Beach House and Lookout Villa offer exceptional family accommodation for sole use, each with a private pool.

Facilities
 

The main building houses the stylish Sandbar bar and The Restaurant serving signature dishes as well as a more relaxed café menu. Afternoon tea, either indoors or on the terrace by the pool, is an indulgent affair. Across the road, there’s a second, heated pool along with a collection of rooms and suites in the Blue Wing. The spa and wellness centre offers a range of treatments and a gym.
