Overview
Arusha Coffee Lodge sits serenely on one of Tanzania’s largest working coffee plantations. Designed around the original plantation owner’s home which dates back over 100 years, the main lodge and the plantation house rooms beautifully complement its lush green surroundings.
Rooms
The rooms and suites are in 30 Plantation Houses that radiate out from the main lodge. Plantation Rooms are cosy and comfortably furnished, with a log fire and a veranda. The Plantation Suites are more spacious and come with a fully stocked minibar, in-room Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a private outside terrace.
Facilities
Set around a water feature, the main lodge houses an a la carte restaurant, a café bistro and lounge bar with cosy fires to warm the cooler nights. In the gardens, there’s a terrace and a swimming pool with small spa. Traders Walk, within the hotel grounds, has five retail and gourmet outlets, including a coffee shop.

" Surrounded by the coffee plantation, the lodge has a true sense of place. It's a very convenient spot to relax before or after a Tanzanian safari. A tour of the coffee plantation is recommended and can be arranged in advance. "

Arusha Coffee Lodge is located on the outskirts of Arusha town. The town’s small airport, the start and end point for many safaris, is close by.
"We had an amazing, awesome trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar. Everything ran smoothly and we managed to see the Big 5 plus lots of lions, tree lions cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, hippos, elephants galore etc. Even the wildebeest. The accommodation was great everywhere. We had the most wonderful time and despite the cost, the air balloon flight was so worth it. Such an experience, none of us will ever forget."
