Overview
Stylish and contemporary, Zuri Zanzibar is a beautifully conceived hotel set in a large tropical garden on a white sandy beach.
Rooms
The 56 bungalows, suites and villas are set in the gardens and furnished with a blend of contemporary and local furniture and African artwork. The air-conditioned bungalows have modern bathrooms with indoor and outdoor showers and a private outdoor terrace with hammock and seating area. The suites are larger with separate bedroom and living room, a double size terrace and an outdoor jacuzzi bath. All have Wi-Fi, TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The spacious two and three-bedroom villas are ideal for families.
Facilities
The main restaurant and bar is supplemented by two additional restaurants – at the pool and the beach. Resort amenities include a spa, an outdoor fitness space and indoor gym, a watersports centre with snorkelling, kayaking and paddle boarding equipment and beach games. The watersports centre can also arrange dhow cruises, sailing, fishing and PADI diving. Kids activities are organised daily.

Zuri Zanzibar is set on a beautiful quiet beach near Kendwa on the island’s north-west coast.
"We had an amazing, awesome trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar. Everything ran smoothly and we managed to see the Big 5 plus lots of lions, tree lions cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, hippos, elephants galore etc. Even the wildebeest. The accommodation was great everywhere. We had the most wonderful time and despite the cost, the air balloon flight was so worth it. Such an experience, none of us will ever forget."
