Overview
Maramboi Tented Lodge is a large permanent camp in the Lake Manyara ecosystem overlooking rolling grasslands dotted with tall palm trees.
Rooms
Forty-four tented suites are built on wooden decks with canvas walls and high thatched roof. They are en-suite with a private veranda. Eight spacious, air-conditioned suites have a lounge area, an outdoor shower and a plunge pool. Families are accommodated in two-bedroomed family suites and tents.
Facilities
Set on an elevated wooden platform, the main house has a restaurant, lounge with comfy sofas and outdoor terrace. There’s a swimming pool in the grounds, a massage cabin and a five-kilometre circuit trail.

Maramboi Tented Lodge is located between the Tarangire and Lake Manyara National Parks on the Minjingo Concession.
"We had an amazing, awesome trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar. Everything ran smoothly and we managed to see the Big 5 plus lots of lions, tree lions cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, hippos, elephants galore etc. Even the wildebeest. The accommodation was great everywhere. We had the most wonderful time and despite the cost, the air balloon flight was so worth it. Such an experience, none of us will ever forget."
