Overview
Nimali Tarangire is elegantly set along the banks of a seasonal riverbed within its own private concession. The pretty views from the camp across the savannah dotted with baobabs, also regularly include impressive elephant sightings.
Rooms
Nimali has eight contemporary tented suites, designed to take inspiration from the surrounding natural landscape. Each is well appointed and has a private deck with views over the riverbed. Two of the suites have two bedrooms, a private plunge pool and lounge area, perfect for families.
Facilities
The main lodge, built from a mix of stone, canvas and thatch, has indoor and outdoor dining areas and an open-fronted lounge. In front of the lodge is a swimming pool. Pathways lead from the pool to a raised boma deck and to the photographic hide.

The lodge is set in its own private reserve on the northeastern boundary of Tarangire National Park.
"We had an amazing, awesome trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar. Everything ran smoothly and we managed to see the Big 5 plus lots of lions, tree lions cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, hippos, elephants galore etc. Even the wildebeest. The accommodation was great everywhere. We had the most wonderful time and despite the cost, the air balloon flight was so worth it. Such an experience, none of us will ever forget."
