Overview
Anabezi is a beautiful family-owned and operated safari camp set in a secluded corner of the Lower Zambezi overlooking the game rich Mushika River flood plain.
Rooms
The camp consists of twelve luxuriously appointed tented suites, each boasting amazing views over the river. All are en-suite with bathtub and an outdoor shower, and each has a private plunge pool. Along with the comfortable bedroom, each suite has a sitting area, spacious private deck with inviting lounge chairs, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi.
Facilities
There are two main camp areas. The Zambezi Deck is the heart of the camp, with the main dining area, lounges, pool and sweeping river views. The Mushika Deck boasts a second pool and a quieter spot to relax, overlooking the floodplain. All meals are freshly prepared in camp and served on the shared deck, and there is a bar serving fresh cocktails – all while taking in the view of the wildlife and river surroundings.
The camp is built on an elevated boardwalk which allows for wildlife to roam freely throughout camp while minimizing effects on the ecosystem. It also means guests can walk around safely during the day without an escort. Elephants, buffalo, antelope - and even the occasional lion or leopard - often pass through camp, allowing you to experience wildlife from the comfort of your room.
Activities include game drives, guided walks and river safaris.

"The holiday was absolutely fantastic. Saw all the big 5 except rhinos.The accommodation was top class (lovely big beds), the people who staffed it were so friendly, guides were so knowledgeable, you really felt they wanted you to visit their country. We did a helicopter tour over Victoria falls, which were awe inspiring - another highlight of the holiday. All the transfers were smooth and efficient and this reduced any stress in the holiday, loved the small plane hops between camps in Botswana. We had an unforgettable holiday and will be boring our friends and family with it for months. Thanks for your help in organising this wonderful holiday. "
