Overview
Potato Bush Camp is an intimate, family friendly safari camp in the heart of the Lower Zambezi National Park, offering a variety of activities led by experienced and knowledgeable guides and a great location for wildlife viewing.
Rooms
There are three Safari Tents, and one Family Tent all designed to maximise the views of the Zambezi. Each Safari Tent has a fan and an en-suite bathroom with twin showers, twin basins and a clawfoot bathtub. Outside the tent is a veranda, which hosts a two-person hammock and a private plunge pool, all with panoramic views over the Zambezi River.
The Family Tent has two en-suite bedrooms, private dining area and lounge, in addition to the plunge pool and large veranda.
Facilities
A raised wooden walkway leads from the tents to the shared dining, lounge and bar area.
Bush picnics and river lunches on the Zambezi sandbanks are a popular way to dine and soak up the wildlife here. Special occasion dining can also be arranged. Camp activities include game drives by day and night and river safaris, both with a private guide guaranteed, alongside fishing, canoeing, walking and birding.
The camp is open from April to November.

Saw all the big 5 except rhinos.The accommodation was top class (lovely big beds), the people who staffed it were so friendly, guides were so knowledgeable, you really felt they wanted you to visit their country. All the transfers were smooth and efficient and this reduced any stress in the holiday, loved the small plane hops between camps in Botswana.
