Overview
A remote and stylish camp set in an isolated area of the South Luangwa Park overlooking the Kapamba River.
Rooms
Four spacious stone and thatch chalets on raised decks are en-suite with twin showers which have views of the river. Two of the chalets also have a raised sala with mosquito nets, toilet, and sink – perfect for sleepouts under the stars. The hot water is warmed by solar-power and there are standing floor fans and mosquito nets
Facilities
The main lounge and dining area has 180-degree views of the Kapamba River. There is a swimming pool with views of the river. For keen photographers, a specially adapted vehicle is available.
Open from April to January. Children over the age of 12 are welcome. The camp is solar powered and limited charging facilities are available.

Kapamba Bushcamp is in a pristine game-rich area in the southern section of the South Luangwa National Park.
"The holiday was absolutely fantastic. Saw all the big 5 except rhinos.The accommodation was top class (lovely big beds), the people who staffed it were so friendly, guides were so knowledgeable, you really felt they wanted you to visit their country. We did a helicopter tour over Victoria falls, which were awe inspiring - another highlight of the holiday. All the transfers were smooth and efficient and this reduced any stress in the holiday, loved the small plane hops between camps in Botswana. We had an unforgettable holiday and will be boring our friends and family with it for months. Thanks for your help in organising this wonderful holiday. "
