Overview
Avani Victoria Falls Resort is situated in the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park and so guests have unlimited access to Victoria Falls. A resort hotel with a range of activities, it offers great views and the chance to see a wide variety of wildlife in their natural habitat.
Rooms
All of the 212 rooms are brightly decorated and have private bathroom and shower, some have a balcony or garden views. Family rooms are available. All rooms have air-conditioning, satellite TV, a kettle, tea and coffee facilities and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Facilities
There is a pool, gym and fitness trail through the grounds of the hotel, whilst spa treatments are accessible via the Royal Livingstone Spa.
A wide variety of dining options throughout the day in the resort’s two restaurants, or for something special, why not choose the private dining or in-room dining options. Traditional cultural dining and entertainment takes place in the Mukuni Boma. The Avani Kids Club entertains younger guests.

Avani Victoria Falls Resort is close to Victoria Falls on the outskirts of Livingstone town.
"The holiday was absolutely fantastic. Saw all the big 5 except rhinos.The accommodation was top class (lovely big beds), the people who staffed it were so friendly, guides were so knowledgeable, you really felt they wanted you to visit their country. We did a helicopter tour over Victoria falls, which were awe inspiring - another highlight of the holiday. All the transfers were smooth and efficient and this reduced any stress in the holiday, loved the small plane hops between camps in Botswana. We had an unforgettable holiday and will be boring our friends and family with it for months. Thanks for your help in organising this wonderful holiday. "
