Overview
Deteema Springs is located on a ridge with views towards the springs and Deteema dam after which the camp is named. It is the perfect location to sit and watch the African bush unfold in front of you.
Rooms
Each of the camp’s eight tents are positioned on elevated decks set on a slope offering privacy, comfort and unrivalled views. A-frame tents feature a main bedroom area which leads to an en-suite bathroom behind. A deck at the front of the tents offers great views over the area.
Facilities
The main area is a large, tented structure set on a deck. There is a lounge, bar and dining area decorated in a traditional safari style. Steps lead down to the simple campfire setting. There is also a small pool to cool off in with a deck.

Deteema Springs is located in a private concession near to the Deteema dam in the northern area of Hwange National Park.
"The holiday was absolutely fantastic. Saw all the big 5 except rhinos.The accommodation was top class (lovely big beds), the people who staffed it were so friendly, guides were so knowledgeable, you really felt they wanted you to visit their country. We did a helicopter tour over Victoria falls, which were awe inspiring - another highlight of the holiday. All the transfers were smooth and efficient and this reduced any stress in the holiday, loved the small plane hops between camps in Botswana. We had an unforgettable holiday and will be boring our friends and family with it for months. Thanks for your help in organising this wonderful holiday. "
