Overview

Batonka Guest Lodge is a stylish, boutique lodge with a warm and friendly welcome. It is situated in lush gardens which provide a tranquil haven and yet is a walkable distance from the bustle of the town and all its main attractions, shops and restaurants.

Rooms

The 27 well-appointed rooms look out over the garden or the pool and are furnished with contemporary decor and touches of African flavour. All rooms have air-conditioning, TV, mini-bar, tea and coffee station and complimentary Wi-Fi.

The Pool View rooms have a private patio that looks out over the lawns to the secluded pool area, while the patio of the Garden Rooms looks onto the manicured lawns and indigenous trees of the well-tended gardens. All rooms can be double or twin, with the option of adding an extra bed for a child. A number of Garden Rooms interconnect, a good option for families.

Five of the Garden Rooms are located in the Flame Lily Wing which sits to the side of the main lodge. It has its own outside seating area, dining area and pool. This wing is a great choice for small groups, families who are travelling together, or solo travellers.

Facilities

There are two pools, one in the main gardens and one at the Flame Lily Wing – a bar and snacks service is offered at both pools during the day.

The main lodge has a comfortable lounge, indoor dining area and an outdoor terrace overlooking the gardens. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in relaxed surroundings.
