Overview

Set along the banks of the Zambezi River, four kilometres upstream from Victoria Falls, The Palm River Hotel has beautiful river views and is surrounded by indigenous flora, making for a tranquil, peaceful and private sanctuary.

Rooms

The hotel has 73 beautifully furnished, en-suite rooms equipped with all you would expect in a 5-star hotel - air-conditioning, mini-bar, tea and coffee station, TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. The modern-style bathrooms feature a walk-in rainfall shower. All have a balcony or patio that overlooks the gardens, park or river.

Deluxe Suites are an ideal option for families as the suite consists of two rooms connected by a lounge area, all rooms lead out onto a large, private veranda – the perfect tranquil space for relaxation.

Executive Suites feature a generously sized bedroom and lounge while the Honeymoon Suites have been designed for romantics, with a king-sized four poster bed, a luxurious bathtub, double shower and an outdoor lounge area with a spacious balcony, daybed and an outdoor shower.

A well-appointed three bedroomed villa offers a private space for family groups which also features small kitchen area, lounge and a private pool.

Facilities

Leisure facilities include a spa, gym and in the gardens, a tiered pool which comprises a lap pool, a children’s splash pool and an infinity pool.

The a la carte restaurant has inside and outside dining options, and for hotel guests a riverside barbecue dining experience is offered. In front of the restaurant, the Al Fresco bar is the prefect area for socialising and relaxing under the canopy of trees.

A complimentary shuttle bus operates scheduled transfers into the town.
