Day by day
DAY 2
Arrive in Arusha
Transfer on arrival to your lodge on the outskirts of Arusha for a one night stay. Relax into African life with an afternoon spent in the tranquil gardens or ask your African Pride consultant about options to explore the coffee plantation on a tour – additional fee applies.
DAYS 3-5
Serengeti National Park
After breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for your light aircraft flight to the Serengeti. Flying to the heart of the action makes the most of your valuable time on safari. Transfer from the local airstrip to your camp for a three night stay. Enjoy game drives in the stunning Serengeti accompanied by expert guides. For the ultimate thrill, ask your African Pride consultant about a sunrise hot air balloon excursion (additional cost).
DAYS 6-10
The Spice Island of Zanzibar
Wave farewell to the wildlife and fly to Zanzibar to relax on the pristine beaches. Please note, flight may operate via Arusha. On arrival, you will be transferred to your beach hotel for a five night stay. With a wide variety of watersports available throughout the island, Zanzibar offers the perfect mix of relaxation and activity after the thrill of safari. Stone Town can be visited on an optional day trip or speak to your African Pride consultant about adding a few days in the old town to fully explore it’s fascinating heritage.
DAY 11
Homeward bound
Return to the airport for your overnight flights back to the UK. Options usually involve a change in Doha or Nairobi – our team will advise on the best flight options for your holiday plans.
