DAY 1
Start your holiday with a day time flight to Nairobi. Transfer to your hotel for a one night stay before you depart on your safari adventures. With unique animal interactions such as visits to the Giraffe Centre or Elephant Orphanage, Nairobi has much to offer for an extended stay. Ask your African Pride consultant if you would like spend more time exploring this vibrant city.
DAYS 2-4
Transfer to Wilson airport for your light aircraft flight to the world famous Masai Mara for a three night stay. Flying into the Mara is not only exciting but maximises your time on safari, allowing you to see and experience more of Kenya’s incredible wildlife. Transfer to your camp and enjoy game drives in the National Reserve. From July to September the Great Migration brings huge herds of wildebeest and zebra to Kenya, but the diverse ecosystem of the Mara means game viewing is superb here at any time of year.
DAYS 5-9
Depart the Mara by light aircraft back to Nairobi, then fly to the Tanzanian ‘Spice Island’ of Zanzibar. Transfer to your beachside hotel for 5 nights of rejuvenation in a tropical paradise. With white sandy beaches and a variety of watersports on offer, Zanzibar can be as relaxing or active as you wish. Speak to your African Pride consultant the range of excursions available, from day trips to historic Stone Town, sunset dhow cruises or even visiting the unique monkey species in the southern Jozani Forest.
DAY 10
Transfer to the airport for your overnight flight back to the UK via Nairobi or Doha
