Overview

The Stanley & Livingstone is a luxury boutique hotel set in the pristine surrounds of the Victoria Falls Private Game Reserve. Here you can combine wildlife viewing in the 4,000 hectare reserve with a visit to the Falls, just a 15 minute drive away. It is an ideal base from which to explore, as well as a quiet retreat in one of the continent’s most-loved destinations.

Rooms

The hotel’s sixteen Luxury Suites are privately set within the hotel’s gardens. Contemporary in style, the décor has an elegantly African feel. Each suite features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and slipper bath, air-conditioning, a mini-bar, TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. A private terrace overlooking the gardens is ideal for relaxing and private dinners.

Two of the suites are interconnecting, making them a great choice for families.

Facilities

In the gardens there is a pool and spa treatments are offered in the privacy of the hotel suites.

The 1871 restaurant is open to hotel guests and locals alike, where a varied menu based on seasonal, farm-to-table food is paired with excellent wines. 

Children are catered for with the hotel’s own Mack and Madi Kids’ Adventure Explorers programme.

Activities available from the hotel include morning and evening game drives in the reserve, sunrise or sunset cruises on the Zambezi River, a guided tour of the Falls and a Woodlands Village tour.

The Reserve is a protected conservation zone for black rhino too, giving guests a unique opportunity to see these incredible creatures in the wild.

A complimentary shuttle operates scheduled transfers to the town and the Falls.
